I am a curious person trying to make a useful, kind, decent life out of three things I love, building software, making films, and standing up for the animals.

By day I write code. Machine learning, web tools, applied AI the kind of work where you sit with a problem long enough that the solution stops being clever and starts being obvious.

By night, on weekends, in stolen hours, I am behind a camera. Short films, documentary fragments, a podcast on climate and capital. Filmmaking is how I work out what I think; code is how I ship it.

And underneath all of it is the case for the animals. I volunteer at the local shelter. I cook plant-based. I try to use whatever skills I have, code, camera, a stubborn voice, to make a quieter, more dignified future for the species we share the planet with.
